Current/Existing Families:

If your student(s) completed the 2020-21 school year and is returning this fall for the 2021-22 school year CLICK HERE to log in to your parent portal account and complete your annual update. Once you log in to the parent portal select "Forms".  You can pay school fees for your student(s) account online with your credit/debit card or electronic check.

New Families

This includes new families to the district as well as returning families who left the district prior to the end of the 2020-21 school year

In-Person Registration

If you are unable to register online at home please be aware that we will hold in-person registration at Roundy Elementary on:

  • AUGUST 3RD FROM 9:00 AM –1:00 PM 

  • AUGUST 5TH FROM 1:00 - 7:00 PM (No registrations will be started after 6:45 PM)

All students are charged a $20 materials/book fee each year. 

CCSD will continue to offer free meals for the 2021-2022 school year. Please note that the free and reduced-price application may be needed for other program and benefits. If you believe your family will qualify please turn in a completed Free and Reduced Application! Applications are available at the schools.

Do you have a child who will be 5 years old by September 15 and old enough for kindergarten next year?

How do I "Opt-In" to receive the School's text messages from SchoolMessenger (text notification service)?

1 .Confirm the text device number(s) are in imported to SchoolMessenger.

  1. Login to PowerSchool Student and Parent Portal.

  2. From the navigational menu on the left side of the page click on the SchoolMessenger link.

  3. Once in SchoolMessenger click on the “Contacts” tab at the top of the page.

  4. Click on one of your Students and verify your correct mobile/cellular phone number is in the field for mobile/cellular phones. If it is not correct change it to the correct number and save it.

  5. Logout of SchoolMessenger and PowerSchool.

2. Text “Y” to 67587 (whichever is correct for your SchoolMessenger account) from each wireless device they wish to receive texts on.

Note: Depending on the data synchronization configuration it may take 24 hours or more for numbers to be 
updated from the district SIS database.

South East Iowa Link

Southeast Iowa Link (SEIL) is a Mental Health & Disability Services (MHDS Region comprised of eight counties. Each county has a local access office where people may apply for service funding, receive referrals and get questions answered. The local Coordinator of Disability Services (CDS) or other staff is available to assist applicants.
